Horseradish carpaccio with floor beef croutons

Horseradish carpaccio

Unique appetizer: croutons of bread and spicy browned minced meat, positioned on slices of horseradish and dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

2 slices of bread from the day earlier than

6 tablespoons of olive oil

200 g of floor beef

salt

pepper

250 g of horseradish root

½ bunch of parsley

three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

ca. 20 minutes

Reduce the bread into cubes and toast them in a non-stick pan without including fats. Take away the croutons from the pan and allow them to cool. Warmth a little bit of oil. Brown the minced meat briefly over excessive warmth. Season with salt and pepper.

Reduce the horseradish into skinny slices and prepare them in a flower sample on the plates. Coarsely chop the parsley and add it to the minced meat with the croutons. Unfold over the horseradish. Emulsify the remaining oil with the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
