Horseradish carpaccio with floor beef croutons
Unique appetizer: croutons of bread and spicy browned minced meat, positioned on slices of horseradish and dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

2 slices of bread from the day earlier than
6 tablespoons of olive oil
